3 Things Needed to Pick Up your vehicle at schmit towing

Drivers License

A valid drivers license that matches your proof of ownership is needed. If you do not have a valid drivers license, A valid licensed driver will be needed with the registered owner to pick up the vehicle.

Proof Of Ownership

Proof that you own the vehicle such as a title,  or a registration card. Insurance does not work as proof of ownership!

Insurance

Valid insurance that matches your vehicle is needed to drive your vehicle out of the lot. If you do not have valid insurance you will need to have the vehicle towed.

For police impounds we accept all major credit cards. A 5% credit card fee will be Chagred if youre paying by card. We Also accept Cash as well. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS

If you have full coverage insurance on your vehicle, You will need to stop by our fridley office and fill out a insurance release form and show us proof of ownership, matching picture ID and your proof of insurance. Then just let your insurance know that your vehicle is at Schmit Towing and your insurance will handle it from there.

We offer the option to scrap the vehicle for a Fee. Once you provide us with proof of ownership, matching picture ID, Fill out our scrap form and pay the fee, you'll be able to clean your vehicle out and you will surrender the vehicle to us for Scrap.
